Dear Diep Tran:
I am writing at the suggestion of John in Portland, Oregon. I would like to apply for a Visa on Arrival but want to know if it's possible for our application to be submitted without other people's names. I have heard the Approval Letter often includes confidential information (passport number, address etc.) for the people who submit at the same time. I prefer that our information not be included in an Approval Letter that goes to other people. Is this possible?

I have looked at the 6 berth on the Royal Sapa Train or the six sleeper room in the Livitrans train but am
